Barao is officially off the card. Henderson vs Evans is now the main event. It remains to be seen if Wineland will stay on the card with a different opponent.

Roy Nelson is now on the card. He'll fight Stipe Miocic who was scheduled to fight Soa Palelei.

I'm not a big fan of that fight... Nelson should easily be able to handle Stipe.

I would of been much happier had they added Josh barnett vs Roy Nelson....

I agree it's not the best match-up but I'm happy Nelson is coming here.

The Barnett match-up (or a fight with Daniel Cormier) would have been awesome but there's no way either side would agree to that with the fight being 3 weeks away.

Sam Stout now needs a new opponent. Isaac Vallie-Flagg injured his back & has pulled out.

James Krause has been added as Stout's new opponent.

Nice! I had the chance to talk with him, about 5-6 years ago, when he was brought in as a special guest when Krzysztof Soszynski was promoting shows here. He was a very nice, soft spoken guy, good luck with the interview!

congrats man, that is awesome news indeed. should be a blast.
-Television. Television is the explanation for this - you see this in bad television...

-Brilliant. So now we got a huge guy theory, and a serial crusher theory. Top notch..

And the card takes another hit...

Little Nog is out of his fight with Shogun Rua due to back injury. The UFC wants/needs to keep Shogun on the card so they are hunting for a new opponent with a big enough name to fill the co-main event slot.

Looks like Chael Sonnen is campaigning to fight! Could be great if he does!

The Brazilian news outlet that broke the news of Little Nog being out, is now reporting that Sonnen/Rua is a go!

Shogun vs Sonnen is not happening. Shogun is now off the card completely & they are not replacing that fight. They are proceeding with only 11 fights on the card.

Brutal for fans who bought tickets... gonna be brutal for the UFC's pay per view sales.

This is disappointing... two big fights off the card what a bummer... it went from an epic card to an average one
