... or in the Jets case, Free Agency Repose. What is it about Winnipeg Sports teams and the FA plague?

Ladies and gentleman, your #2 RW. Dont mind the trade. Young guy who can score and is feisty with speed. Low risk pick up who might catch fire with Kane and Jokinen.

Like this pick up, this guy gave us fits when he played us. Should be an interesting battle between him and Frolik, IMO

They signed big, young, stand up D-man Adam Pardy. That's more like it!

Like the trade for Seto. Get a #2 RW for a 2nd. I could see Pardy replacing Stuart as well.

Not surprised. He was rushed into the league too fast by Atlanta and his development has suffered because of it. He's also immature and doesnt like listening to authority(coaches). Maybe he'll find his game and maturity in the KHL. I wasnt sure where he fit in this year anyways on the Jets roster. This might make room for Scheifele to get more playing time with the Jets centering the 3rd line. The Jets still retain his NHL rights so if/when he comes back he either plays here or we can trade him.

Paul Friesen is a big time moron.... can't believe he tweeted this and then pretended it was a joke after everyone called him out.

Paul Friesen ‏@friesensunmedia 10h
in #NHLJets history, how does Burmistrov's bolting for the KHL compare to Selanne's trading to Anaheim?

Yes, there's definitely some positives to take from this situation. Some of our prospects (Scheifele, O'dell) will have an opportunity, also we have his right for another 6 years, meanwhile he is in the KHL developing without costing TNSE anything.

Simple. We sell out. Will will sell out forever. There's no pressure to do anything big with the team in terms of spending. And for that, I get what they're doing, but yet I hate them at the same time.

Our team will always be lunch-bucket mediocre and we will always want to watch them. Thank you.
